Yeah, they get hot, especially with a tube amp.  I&#039;d probably try a couple fans.  But it won&#039;t be in there (where you can&#039;t open the doors) for more than the length of your service, I assume.  Our guys have &#039;em going through a whole 2 hour rehearsal, so take that as you will.</description>

I&#039;ve heard these can generate a lot of heat.  If I can&#039;t open the doors during the message, would two fans be necessary to keep the amp cool?</description>

However, with the number of X3 users of late, it hasn&#039;t been a problem.  Maybe we can keep Reid&#039;s trained ferrets in there from now on.</description>
